This is resolved and webhooks are firing normally again.

From 10:02pm PST to 10:15pm PST some calls targeting Ultravox v0.6 were rejected due to insufficient capacity or experienced high latency.

The issue has been resolved.

A deployment change broke signature verification from Twilio and Plivo, causing callbacks from those services to fail with HTTP 403. The problem has been fixed and we have added additional alerting to detect this class of issue sooner. We're very sorry for the downtime. We've mitigated the secondary impacts and are deployed in an additional data center while we root cause the latency spikes.
